Great company to do business with!
If I could give this a 10 star, I would. I purchased this item.When I received it, there was some damage to the top portion. When I contacted the seller, they listened to what I had to say..they were very professional, they told me they would send out all of what I would need. And …they did just that! They sent me what I needed, in a very timely manner..they were very kind, they responded to every question I had. I have not been able to use my blaster as I need to purchase the sand. I would recommend this seller. As you can see my sand blaster is all together and it looks great! Thank you Eastwood company

This is an outstanding product. Using it to do a frame off model a. Saving me a lot of hard labor to clean parts to prime and paint. You will not be disappointed with this.

Nice... but improvements are needed
I purchased this blaster because Eastwood has a pretty good reputation and they make good products. Unfortunately, the siphon tube design of this unit (and all others like it) leaves a lot to be desired. I made modifications to the unit and now it works extremely well (you know, kinda like it SHOULD)... hence the 4 star rating. Oh.... and one more thing.... Eastwood's Customer Service is totally AWESOME! When I received my blaster, the glass was broken on the door. When I called Customer Service, the lady was extremely nice and accommodating. They shipped out a new glass that day and I had it in just a few days (not broken this time). I would have to give Eastwood Customer Service at least 5 stars.

Works just fine.
The unit work just fine for our purpose of removing water and chemical scale from parts that are submerged in that type of environment. We use a very fine glass media for that. This unit will serve us for quite awhile.

Label Packaging Better?
I think Eastwood makes good products. Just a suggestion that they label products that have glass in them as "fragile" so shipping handles them carefully. Very annoying to get a new sandblaster just to have to wait for customer service to send new glass which takes weeks while you really need to be putting the blaster to work....

Item was delivered much faster than expected, but…
The item was slightly damaged and missing a part. Eastwood customer service said they would remedy the situation ASAP. I’ll let you guys know.

Works great! glass was damaged durring shipping but they sent a replacement quick

Flimsy
The quality of the legs is terrible. They will twist and bend and there is no way to put wheels on them. The base will fold 90˚. Ridiculous !Very overpriced too.
