Works well , using when I'm not able to do my normal workout, one issue is the sticky gel pads can slide. But I would say it's a good product & the difference settings are good

The whole thing is a con the gel pads are disgusting and sticky they are a night mare to fix the product really doesn't do anything it just send a poor vibration on you utter rubbish but a slender tone instead DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS AWFUL NASTY CHEAP PRODUCT.

Good quality and fits well. Functions great and is easy to use, also not too pricey either. I can definitely say that my muscles ache after use so all around amazing

I’m honestly impressed! It’s super easy to use, and I can really feel it working different muscle groups. Great for those days when I can’t make it to the gym!

I'm very pleased with the product. I'm not sure if it actually builds muscle but I feel that it helps with muscle recovery.
