I ordered in Oct 22, and received products with an expiry date of Apr 24.

Q: What is the difference between callebaut 70-30-38 and 70-30-38nv? any difference in taste/flavour?

Hi.There is no difference in teast. The difference is in thickness. The 70-30-38 only has a two viscosity so it's no good for molds. When melted it's much thicker. It won't pour easily . So it all depends on what you want to use it for. Hope this helps. Corrina
