good and essential for anyone doing a combat sport.
good quality, use at your own risk and would start with heavyweight at all.great and essential if you are a boxer, judoka or a wrestler. Easy to use, versatile, and effective.overall, happy. This has improved my wrestling and judo performance, especially when escaping throws.

Not very durable
The neck harness is alright in terms of comfortness and feels quite sturdy once it's adjusted properly. It allowed me to do neck curls, neck extension and neck side curls quite comfortably with a much better resistance compared to using a plate + allowed to isolate my neck much more. So I quite liked it in terms of functionality. Now the durability is not good at all. If you are serious about neck training it's not something that I would buy. The thingy to where the chain was attached ripped in the middle of my set with only 20kg added. But for a 'casual' neck trainer it's pretty good for it's small price.

Pretty Good
not the most comfortable, but I've not bought it to be. The top part is pretty small so only goes around your temple and feels a little precarious. However, it's a decent price point to give a neck trainer a go. Not sure how heavy I would trust it with, but I don't think I'll be getting it to its max weight any time soon.

Buy a more expensive one instead
One of the worst ergonomically designed products I have ever used. The fit is awful and the quality is poor. I mean it does the job, but very poor quality product.

Decent enough for the casual
Pros- decent nylon- pretty comfortable considering- option of under the chin or round the back strap- metals seem reasonable enoughCons- probably wouldn't trust it with anything too heavy- not ideal for super larger heads, I'm just under 24" circ. and find it doesn't really sit where I'd like it tooI have long hair and a beard, the under the chin strap is probably great for those who would use it but I just can't away with it. It's a long beard. I did think that only having 2 contact points on top might leave it open to slipping though depending on what you're doing. Hopefully someone else can respond to that bit.Around the back I found it comfortable and didn't slip too much, although because of the long hair I found it didn't quite stretch down to where I'd like to secure it so with heavier weights it probably will slip.I'm coming from a new user to neck strengthening perspective though so I can't lift too heavy, plus have injuries that need me to be more careful in general. From a perspective of getting into neck training. It seems to be a pretty good starting off point. It's comfortable enough, nylon is strong enough and the metal seems to be pretty strong as well. I don't have enough trust in the lower end products to be durable enough for heavy lifts, hence my scepticism there. Can't fault it for the price if you're interesting in getting into neck strengthening.
