I purchased this product in lieu of a more expensive “name brand” after trying out a physical therapist friend of mine’s resistance bar. This was priced better and I love the detailed instructions it came with. The quality also seems excellent. Although I do not suffer from tennis or golf elbow, I preemptively bought this exercise tool as I play a lot of pickleball and want to keep the musculature in my arms and hands strong and my joints safe. I use this product almost daily for best results and it only takes a few minutes a day to get through all the exercises. I purchased the strongest resistance, however, I purchased another for a friend of mine in a softer resistance who suffers from occasional tendonitis, particularly in his hand and wrist. The exercises we can do with this resistance bar helps strengthen our arms from our elbows all the way down through our hands. I’ve even noticed an increase in grip and hand strength. This is a must have for athletes using a lot of hand dexterity or those who play any racquet sports. This product comes HIGHLY recommended!!

Love these! I do Homecare and they travel nicely. Patients like to do them because it is challenging and different than other exercises. It’s also challenging for them! The different resistances it provides is a good variation. They are easy to hold and grip even with arthritic hands. They maintain shape and I’ve used for over a year and they have not broke down.

This product has been incredibly effective in helping me recover from bicep tendinitis, tennis elbow, and other tennis-related injuries. It’s strengthened my forearm, biceps, wrists, and shoulder muscles—allowing me to return to playing without discomfort.The set includes three resistance levels, which is ideal for progressive training. I started with the 10 lb band and gradually increased as my strength and confidence improved. The included instructions are clear and easy to follow, with helpful picture illustrations that made the exercises simple to learn.I've consistently followed all the recommended exercises, and it's truly been a game changer. I'm grateful my USTA teammates recommended this to me—now I understand why. Stick with the routine, and you may even find yourself able to play comfortably with a full bed of poly strings again.
