Anthony's Organic French Lavender Petals, 5 oz, Extra Grade, Dried, Gluten Free & Non GMO

These seeds provide the richest aromatic lavender I have used. The taste is bright but subtle. I use this for a simple syrup and don't need to use a whole lot of it. I usually do 1 cup water and 1.5 cups of sugar and bring to a boil. Once boiling, I add seeds just to cover the top of the water. Boil for about 5 minutes on med to high heat and then let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. The lavender in the simple syrup pops but not over-powering at all. Highly recommend this product.

When I bought them I thought I was buying them to use in my homemade skin products but lo and behold! I can use them in tea and other edible items! Two products for one price!

My favorite scent is lavender, so I have tried many different varieties. No doubt, this is the best. I have used it for tea and cooking. I also made some soap using this product. I will most definitely purchase more.

This is a very large bag. Smells great. Bag seals well to keep as storage. I purchased it to replace the lavender inside of my son’s stuffed animal. Great value for amount you receive.

I steep some of this lavender in my earl grey tea in the fridge for around 30 minutes and it makes the BEST iced tea. A little goes a long way, so I can see this lasting me a long time before I have to reorder. Really high quality stuff, I’m impressed!
