I recently purchased this water flosser from Amazon, and I am beyond impressed! It’s incredibly easy to use, powerful, and leaves my teeth and gums feeling exceptionally clean. The pressure settings are perfect for customizing the clean to your comfort level, and the battery life is fantastic – I can go days without needing to recharge it.It’s also surprisingly compact, making it perfect for both home use and travel. Since using it regularly, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my gum health and overall oral hygiene. It feels like a professional clean at home!If you’re considering getting a water flosser, I highly recommend this one – it’s excellent quality, great value for money, and genuinely makes a difference. Honestly love!!!Super easy to use and super sturdy! Amazing value for money. Not been using long but after visiting dentist the last time my plaque % had gotten high. I have an awkward bite with crowding so flooding can be difficult in areas. This helps so much!!! Just had another visit to my dentist and my plaque score % has dropped massively. I’m 100% certain it’s due to my water floss. Battery lasts for ever. Super easy to use. Great attachments and the price is sooo worth it!😍

Very good whilst it lasted... which was 1 year and 2 months. After that it wouldn't reliably hold a charge beyond about 1 minute of use. I changed the charge cable, in case the connection was poor, and it does now hold a charge for longer. I had to replace the hinged filler cap as it leaked, not pushing into place securely. A 16mm blind grommet fitted OK. Despite all the issues, I did like this product and maybe I just got the one that was made on a Friday afternoon. I might buy even buy another if the price was appropriate to the working life of this water flosser!

The product is of excellent quality, comes with a variety of interchangeable heads, and is easy to clean. It delivers an effective flossing experience that promotes healthy gums. It's user-friendly, and I experienced no issues with water leakage.

I bought this water-flosser to replace a different make that had worked well but stopped working after a couple of months. The Hangsun was delivered really promptly. What wasn't clear from the description on Amazon - or from the initial email response from Customer Service, when I contacted them - was that there is no choice of pressure settings for the jet of water that it delivers. The only adjustment is to the rate it pulses at. The pressure of the jet it delivers is extremely high (far, far stronger than than the maximum setting on my previous one) If you buy this flosser, make sure your tongue is well clear of the jet of water when doing the backs of your teeth - or it kills! However, this issue wouldn't have stopped me using it. The big problem I had was that, unlike my previous flosser, the Hangsun simply wasn't cleaning between my teeth properly, The water simply wasn't passing through the gaps between my teeth - particularly my lower ones which are quite closely packed ((I can only use the small orange teepees to clean between them) With my previous flosser, when directing the jet of water at the gaps, when cleaning from the front, I would used the tip of my tongue behind the gap, to feel and check i was getting the positioning right, so the water was passing through from the front - and so could clean between my teeth effectively. With the Hangsun, the force was so great, the water was simply bouncing off my teeth and not actually passing through the gaps! Cleaning was therefore ineffective. I emailed Customer Service. Response from them was amazingly quick and couldn't have been more helpful. After an emailed conversation, the lady decided that, as this water-flosser only has one pressure setting - extremely high - it simply isn't suitable for the narrow gaps between my teeth. I was offered an immediate, full refund, which I gratefully accepted. If you have reasonably generous spacing between your teeth and and are sure you only require an extreme!y high pressure setting, this might be okay for you (just don't get your tongue in the firing line!)Further to my above review:- Having read a review written by a man who, having got through a series of cheaper flossers, had bought a Panasonic EW1511 that has ultrasonic heads and 5 pressure settings - and was still working fine after 2 years of twice daily use, I decided that, although it was twice the price of the Hangsun, I would invest in one of these. I'm absolutely delighted with it so far.Just after the Panasonic arrived I was contacted again by Hangsun Customer Service. Apparently the lady who had dealt with my problems with the Hangsun, was new to the team - and was wrong when she told me the pressure couldn't be adjusted. The pressure should be adjustable. The unit I'd been sent was faulty. The man who contacted me was very apologetic about the problems I'd had and, as a goodwill gesture, sent me their mini travel flosser which has a generous range of pressure settings if 'custom' mode is selected. This appears to work fine but obviously, because of its tiny water tank, is only really suitable for occasional away from home use. Hangsun is an 'honest' company that works hard to do right by their customers if problems occur. If you do decide to buy this water flosser, I feel pretty confident in saying you will be looked after, if things should go wrong.

This flosser works really well for cleaning coffee stained teeth. On medium setting it cleans so very well. It's very easy to use, comes with lots of attachments. Easy to clean. Easy to recharge. All in all well worth the money.

Bought one from TikTok shop which was ok but decided to buy a better version what a difference it made, more powerful larger water bottle apart from nearly drowning myself at first it’s great.Well made not cheap plastic would definitely recommend this product.
