Everything I was looking for and more!!!
This is everything that I was looking for! I tried so many apps, but nothing was right for me. I tried my own little note books, but they all got wrinkles and ripped. The cover and quality spine makes it awesome to right on, while also protecting the pages -- even having a strap to keep it closed. The best feature is the daily workout pages. It was exactly what I wanted: a space to right the exercise, weight, and reps! Great journal for making sure I progressively overload and eliminate junk volume. Plus, all sorts of other neat features like: notes, water consumption, duration of workout, sleep, daily weight, daily intensity, goals, body measurements, too many to list. Great quality, great page layout. Will be buying one for my girlfriend, and more for when I fill this one up.UPDATE: I frequent two different gyms, and my closest lifting friend from each gym saw my notebook, inspected the layout in detail, and loved it. I sent them the link and each bought one for themselves. All three of us being very dedicated lifters goes to show that this notebook is very well put together.My only wish would be options for different colored covers so I can quickly tell mine apart from theirs!😂 I use a different colored pen,but still grab one of theirs all the time.

This book is a game changer for staying consistent and tracking your progress.
I have used apps on my phone to track my progress and it was hard to flip back-and-forth and see where I’ve grown and stay consistent. This book has been one of the game changers for me staying consistent and motivating others at the gym. I love the goals and tracking and even the picture page in the front. I’m actually now on my second book and When I tell people at the gym that they really need to track their progress and my coach sees this, it really shows and I love the way the pages are laid out. I love the notes. I love the workout layouts. I love that it’s not dated as well. This is one of the best products I’ve ever purchased in my entire workout journey. I wish the listing had more pictures, but I promise you this is worth the purchase and it’s very affordable. Get the two pack- You will go through it if you stay consistent and don’t want to miss out. One book lasted me about 3 months of every single day tracking.

Has Everything I Need!
I like the format of this journal. It has everything you need to track your goals, workouts with weights, cardio, and food journaling. There is a place to track water, mood and a place for notes as well as weight, body fat percentages etc. It seems very thorough, durable, and worth the money. I would recommend this to a friend.

Solid cover, paper is nice it’s good and functional, easy to turn. The layout is fantastic and it seems very durable. Enough writing space unless you have chicken scratch I suppose. Satisfying color and leather cover. good Contents inside and free workout postered.

Excellent quality and easy to record
I’ve been lifting consistently for the better part of 9 years to date. I finally reached the point where I need to track progressive overload because I noticed myself stalling at the same weight for months at a time. This journal has made it so easy to record and check weights from previous dates lifted. If you’re on the fence about a journal, choose this one. It takes 2 seconds after a set to record your entries, and the extra 5 minutes a day it takes to review your entries can mean the difference in you making the most effective workouts each day. Be the best version of yourself and get this journal.

Product is okay.
The content of the product is great, I love being able to track my workouts. However, when I received the product, roughly 90% of the pages were inserted upside down. I was able to fix because it is a spiral notebook, but it was a hassle nonetheless. Still would say it’s worth the money, but would love to see future quality control.

Very nice looking journal
The notebook arrived as promised, was not damaged and has a lot of what I was looking for when it comes to tracking my progress with my fitness. Has pages where you can document your starting point with body measurements, days that you workout with exercise plans that you design and name as well as making notes about your progress on your journey. You can set the journal up with set goals for a beginning point and where you would like your goal to end. You can even add progress photos that can really give you an idea of how things are going as well. I purchased the journal in black and they do offer it in other colors. It’s the perfect journal to document your gym and home workouts. The size is also what I was looking for with it being 5.7” x 8.3” not too big but not too small either.

Workout log book.
The quality of the materials is excellent. The pages are thick and turn nicely. The book is a great size, not to big to carry while working out, not to small to write sets, reps and weights. Even has space for notes. Hard cover is keeping my pages nice.
