Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have knee problems and it often use my office chair like a wheelchair when I’m in there and theses are WAY better than the factory wheels. I’ve been rolling around with them for more than a month and they are still like new! Super smooth and quiet rolling around!

I bought these wheels in 2022 so I guess this is a 3 year review. For context I weigh around 205 lbs, use a chair brand that begins with S and ends in Case that I bought used, and I use these wheels on plastic office mat. To date these wheels have held up and are still rolling! They are easy to install and there is no annoying sound emanating from the wheels they are quiet. The height of the wheels is about the same as the old wheels which fell apart at the bearings (to be fair these were replacement wheels for use on hardwood floors, the originals have been lost since then). For $10 these are a steal.

We had one wheel fall apart and this was purchased to replace the broken wheel as well as the other wheels. Fit perfectly - employee is happy - all good.

Wonderful, Next door neighbor gave me a very nice hardly used chair but they ran it on a loose pile rug and totally screwed up the wheels. I tried getting the fibers out but they were trash. These wheels for about 10 bucks gave this probably $90 chair new life

Great product, easy quick installation and they work perfectly. My favorite office chair had a broken wheel, I did not want to get rid of my chair. I am so happy that I thought to order new wheels. These wheels work just great. They glide and roll around smooth. I like the material they are made of, because I was hoping they weren't loud or rough on the floor, and they are not! So happy with this purchase :)
