Finally a miso with no green onions - this is a hard feature to find in a dry form. I don't like the refrigerated tubs cuz they are too big, need the fridge and don't dissolve fully. I like that this has a strand or two of seeweed too..

I’ve been on a miso kick over the last year and finding this instant miso satisfies all my needs. My whole family loves it and I think it’s better than the Eden White miso which is now only available through their website.
