I needed help with my depression I am already on medication for it. So when I read what MCT oil was suppose to help with I thought why not. I never purchase items of any kind because everyone is in competition with each other, but the day I bought MCT I really was looking for help. By the 4th day of taking MCT oil I could tell there was something different with me. I was going to sleep early without sleeping pills, I was waking up but not like usually now I’m waking up ready to start my day and most of all no brain fog. These were recommended by a weightloss Dr. I do feel like they are helping.This is a four-star rating and not a 5-star is because the description says this is a "4 Month Supply". Then the instructions say "take 3 capsules 3 to 5 times per day".I know I am not a math genius, at best, I am a walking competent person, but let's take the low suggestion. Taking 3 capsules 3 times per day is 9 capsules per day, there are 360 capsules in a bottle, that's 40 days. So if you follow the instructions, you have a 40 days supply ONLY.It's still not a bad buy, and I will order it again. I just really dislike labeling that thinks we are idiots.Maybe I'm getting smarter (there is absolutely no claim in any of their information for that to happen.) and that's why I could figure it out.

Well I'm trying to lose weight. These are supposed to help you stay in ketosis or get to ketosis. When I was on a regular keto diet I was never able to get myself into ketosis.I'm taking these three times a day, morning, afternoon and evening. It says you can take it up to five times a day but that seems a little excessive to me.I'll tell you that I will choke very easily on taking medication, these pills are quite big, but because they're a soft pill they're very easy for me to swallow. I haven't choked yet! 🤣These are really good value for the money. I just hope that I get the results that I'm looking for.

I have a firm belief that weight loss in most situations comes down to CICO. Weight loss is a journey of fluctuations. That said, I think these helped me get through a plateau and the very first day I definitely felt a surge of mental clarity and energy. Be it coincidence or placebo ill continue to use these since I am basically doing keto anyway. And for anyone wondering, more often than not, these will make you want to stay close to a restroom the first hour or so after taking them. Oh and start off with 1 capsule if you're not used to it.
