I needed a pair of long nose snap ring pliers these worked great 5 star rating

Honestly I'm not normally a full 5 star kind of person but these did exactly what I bought them to do - remove and re-install a snap ring while doing a brake caliper rebuild on my FD RX7. They fit in perfectly and let me maneuver the snap ring as needed while pressing down on the piston spring with another tool and let me reach the snap ring perfectly where my other standard snap ring pliers could not. Definitely recommend! Can't comment on durability but for the price I wouldn't even be mad if they worked only a few times. They feel sturdy and solid though and expecting to get all the use I'll never need out of them!

Good for small snap rings.

was replacing the pulley n coil on my ac compressor n ended up buying 3 different snap ring pliers from different auto parts store, they all had more of a scissor design which made it impossible to fit in to the coil and open all the way- spent a few hours trying to get a good grip. so in the end i decided to expand my search n found these. not the sturdiest n youd probably have to replace if your using it heavy or making repairs on the reg, but i dont do too much work on my car n these were designed perfectly to fit in tight spaces, got those snap rings that were stumping me out in 5 minutes

This is the cheapest tool I’ve had the disgust in buying and or using for 25 years!! The ONLY THING that garnered one star is the fact that the tips did live and seem to be the correct hardness .I spent over 3 hours filing , grinding ,polishing changing the rivet to a bolt and washer (so I could adjust the tension ) and fitting this plier into a usable condition . I wouldve returned it in a heartbeat, however I needed to get my mustang back on the road. So having the skills Ive garnered over 25 years as a machinist I managed to make them 80% better than when they showed up .They were loose and sloppy , and when you closed them up the tips pulled away from each other over .25” . No fitting or machining happened at the “hole-in -the-wall” manufacturing place in India or China or whatever third world country these came from .Now that I’m finished for now with the job I’d return them if I could in good conscious , but I know amazon will just put them back up for sale or they’ll just deny my return because I “modified them”Sigh !!!The second to last pic shows where I spent a considerable amount of time clearancing the two pieces so they would close without pulling the tips apart . The last pic shows the final product of all the material removal moved the tips out of alignment slightly . They still worked amazing after all my re-fitting.

Works good on steering columns, under the ignition lock cylinder.

It works well and is well made tool, could be a bit stronger, as the tips bent a little when removing a tight c clip. But it did the job.

If you don’t need heavy duty these are perfect

La manufactura de la herramienta es muy simple y un tanto basta pero correcta, hace bien su función, es útil.

The pliers were as shown and described. The arms, at 90 degree's are tight jointed as circlip pliers, or to use the American name 'snapring', must be. Any movement in the arm joints lead to movement in the points making them either unreliable or useless. These items worked for me in that I had a very small diameter to go into to get to the small diameter internal circlip.So, in short they worked or done the job as advertised they would.

schnelle Lieferung, bis auf die Verpackung war alles Super.(Winkelzange in Pappschuber ?) Spitze war ungeschützt, stach durch die Verpackung.Ist aber dennoch gut angekommen.
