This is a good quality product and it was delivered on time. So, thank you. However, the picture and wording on the website are misleading as it is not mentioned that the workout book is an electronic 42 pages long pdf file! For that price, I was expecting a hardcover copy of the book as the one in the picture on the website and not a little leaflet with a link for downloading it. I have included a picture of what I received. Please update the information describing what is actually included to avoid customer disappointment.

Love the material - nice and thick, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality due to the lower price! Unfortunately i bought the wrong size, but will be ordering the correct size as soon as my refund processes!

Have used these bands several times now! They have a lot of resistance to them. I've always used the rubber bands with a Heavy/Very Heavy resistance, and I found that for these the Large bands are about the same resistance, so the Small must be super tough! They're well made and seem very sturdy. Customer service was excellent, I had a query about my delivery and they responded quickly and were very helpful!

I love these bands! I had been using plastic ones but they would sometimes roll up. These ones never move and are soft and comfortable. They also offer much more resistance. The small one is very small and extremely tough, I mostly stick to the medium. The large would be more for beginners. The pdf of exercises is good.

These bands are amazing and durable and dont slip up your thigh. The different sizes allow you to do different exercises and work different muscles. The book is also very helpful is you're new to lower body exercises. The quality is amazing and the weight difference is definitely there!

Great product, it’s wxac what I was looking for to complete my training. Arrived very quickly and the free download was definitely a plus.I love it - I will most likely get the butt I want for the summer - lol

I’ve started weight training a little, and doing circuits etc. Someone told me that one of the best ways to do it was weights and resistance training, hence my purchase. They are perfect, and a lot more comfortable than ones I borrowed from a friend! I know it doesn’t really matter, but the colour is really pretty and they look lovely too!!

So pleased with them! Got the set of 3 pinks in the 3 different resistance’s.Colours are lovely, quality is amazing!Only thing I’d say is the small is very small. But to be honest I have chunky legs and I suppose the idea is to be tight.
