Works very well, when I do exercise it get a solid sweat on. It sounds like a bin bag when I walk but I think this is funny cause more I work hard more I make noise more sweat. That’s what I tell myself anyway. I’m a big girl and got the double x and good fit. I’m 5’4 the trouser legs are long. Normally a size 18-20 in trousers, and tops I have to go between a 20-22 cause broad shoulders and bigger bust but is fine for me. I think it’s going to last a while quality feels strong.

Amazing value for money, I used this suit to cut weight for a weigh in. It worked so well I had to wipe down the treadmill next me as well as mine.The feel against the skin wasn't as bad as I thought it would and I used it twice a day for a few days and it help up great.No tears like other suits. Looks good too.Great value for koney, Would 100% buy again!Without this suit I wouldn't have passed my navy medical so for that I'm super grateful!

This suit is excellent for weight loss, like it's the 'missing link'. I wear socks in my trainers at the gym and use the step climbing machine. When I shower afterwards, I have to wringe my socks and long sleeve top out, as there is so much sweat water. Before, my trainers and socks were easy to dry on the washing line, after a work out...however...since I've been using this suit, the sweat water is taking about a full day for my socks and trainers to dry out on the washing line. If you want to lose weight, get one of these. I've had it over a week now and used it about four times and I'm already thinking about ordering a size down, as the trousers are now getting too big and loose. If you are using this in a gym and you sweat a lot, maybe wear socks in your trainers, as the sweat water rolls down the legs, for it to absorb the water as it will run out of your ankles....to cut a long story short, this definietly works and I will be using this all the time...if anything, it works too well

Good quality and thicker than other models. Nice colours as well so if you train with it poeple will not even see that this is a sauna suit :-)

Good, thick sauna suit, gets your temperature up for sure in order to work up a good sweat.Bought two of these now as very impressed with the first.Slightly disappointed with the second one as I received the wrong colour due to a listing error and no real support from the seller other than to send it back if I’m not happy.Can’t fault the suit though as it does what you need it too and very good quality.Would recommend

Great suit, well made and fits as I’d expect. Have used it to workout on the treadmill and sweated loads and in two weeks of training every other day I’ve lost 9lbs and the weight has stayed off...😄😄

That suit is super thick. Was skeptical after reading the reviews but the box was heavy and thought there was something else with it. Nope was the only item. Very beautiful and lovely colour. I definitely recommend it. Fit right too.
