I tried putting boiling water and it was too hot to touch even after 30 hrs. So, it does deliver what it claims. However the construction of the cap is such that in order to twist it to open (which requires some force), we tend to put pressure on the valve button which I feel will surely cause premature failure. There should have been proper notches to grip the cap while twisting it.Another issue I felt was that the handle was weak. One fall and you can very well bid goodbye to the handle. Handle should've been made out of metal.The things I've mentioned although might feel like nitpicking but will definitely reduce the functional life of the product.Also, there is no better alternative available at the time of writing this review and hence ended up with this.

Have been using this for more than a few weeks everyday for morning tea.Our tea is made at 7:00 am in the morning and we use it by 11:00 am. The tea loses its heat by then. I is warm, but not piping hot even if the jug is filled to its brim. I don't think the claim of 24 hrs hot is true.It is easy to use and pouring the liquid out is easy. You can clean it thoroughly without much hassle. Just pour hot water through the nozzle and it's clean.It is durable and so far there hasn't been any problem.

The media could not be loaded. Pls do not go for the product, I too feel that MILTON is good reputed brand who cares for customer. But NO "nam bade darshan kote".Purchased product , after 20-25 days lid push button stopped working, complaint done as product was under warranty, got mail from company that I will receive product with in 10 days , STILL WAITING FOR REPLACEMENT. Again requested via email but company said my replacement is under process after 20 days of complaint.Completely dis- appointmented with the customer care policy .I request pls do not buy product just because it is from some brand.

The MILTON Carafe 1500 is a solid product with great durability and no leakage, and the company’s customer service is seriously impressive if something wrong happens they’ll send you a free replacement without any questions asked. I’ve been using it for a year to pour tea, and while it keeps the tea hot for about 3 hours, it doesn’t hold the heat all day. If you’re looking for something reliable for a few hours and don’t want to worry much about customer service, this is a great choice. Totally worth it for the price.You should buy this if you are reading this review.Like review if you like honest opinion about product.

Good one. We are using this in our shop for keeping tea and coffee hot. Go for it. Please note that it can keep the liquid hot as long as we don't open from it. Once we start using or pouring tea then it will last about 2 hour to keep the item in warm condition.
