Q: How do you get the whisk out if its stuck? it just keeps rotating and doesn't allow the whisk to turn to release?

Fortunately my attachments have never got stuck. The rotating machine piece is hard to move. I can only suggest hold it with a towel to stop it moving, spray the attachment join with a lubricant and keep trying to twist it off. You might need some flat pliers or wrench to grip the metal.

Q: Dough hook - what material is it made up of ?

All the attachments that arrived are metal. The dough hook is also covered/painted in a type of white plastic paint. To seal the metal.
