There's definitely a perspective shift involved when chewing this gum. It is soft and the flavor doesn't last as long as other gums. On the other hand, if you're a Keto person or concerned about insulin resistance, this is one that won't break a fast. Unlike other sugar free gums, Simply Gum uses only Xylitol instead of a blend of Xylitol and Mallitol/Sortbitol/whatever. That suggests chewing it will not break your fast, which makes it a lifesaver on a tough fasting day.I also love that the company offers some really interesting gum flavors beyond the sugar free flavors here. It's expensive as chewing gum goes, but it's worth considering.

I really wanted to like this product, especially since I’ve had a good experience with their mints. Unfortunately, this was a major letdown. I tried all three flavors in the variety pack and the gums flavor barely lasts a minute or two. However, the biggest issue wasn’t the taste—it was the poor quality of the gum itself, within 1 to 2 minutes, the gum starts to disintegrate into a strange, overly chewy texture. It simply doesn’t hold up and becomes an unpleasant chewing experience rather quickly.I can’t recommend this gum to anyone. If you’re looking for a long-lasting, flavorful, and well-structured chewing gum, I’d strongly suggest looking for an alternative. This one just isn’t worth the money.

Got this gum because I was recently enlightened to the fact that almost ALL commercial chewing gum is made with plastic polymers. I don't want that stuff in my diet.I use gum when I'm exercising to keep my mouth from drying out. This works well. It's a bit small per piece but is very pleasant to chew.If you're used to the blast of mint or whatever flavor you're used to, this will be different. Flavored, concentrated artificial flavors are much more intense than natural flavorings used in this chewing gum but the flavor is good and it lasts me an hour or so before I think about spitting it out. Along with the fact I know I'm not swallowing microplastics in the process.I'll be buying this gum again.

Also, it is some of the unhealthy chemicals in regular plastic gums that make the flavor last longer, also.I think the best way to rate this product is by comparing it to other similar gums, rather than comparing it to the plastic gums, as they are completely different kinds of products. This gum is not perfect. The flavor is not super long lasting. The bubblegum flavor is not what I expected, but it still tastes good. The important point, though, is that it is a healthier, plastic-free product and it is one of the better options out there for plastic-free gum. The flavors aren't long lasting, but they do taste good. And the gum isn't unpleasant when it loses its flavor. I sometimes chew it well after the flavor has gone. My biggest complaint about this particular gum is the texture. As I am chewing it, the product sticks to my teeth slightly.This brand of gum is a good pick for a healthier and more natural chewing gum. However, I have found other types that I prefer.

Consistently gets stuck in my back teeth. Flavor ia good, doesn't last very long. I like the natural ingredients and zero calorie but it's a sensory nightmare. The little papers to dispose of it are a cute touch. Really wanted to love it but can't.

Fabulous gum! Awesome ingredients! First ingredient is plant based Xylitol!!! Will definitely buy again and again!!! It's hard to find gum that has xylitol and good natural ingredients in the stores. This gum ticks all the boxes!

The initial flavor of the spearmint is good, but lasts 2 mins tops. The texture is good even after chewing for a while but doesn’t matter due to the lack of flavor. The gum pieces are also weird little unevenly cut turd shapes. Could be better if they managed to get the flavor last longer.

It's chicle gum made with xylitol. By its very nature it'll be a softer chew, a shorter flavor experience, and a bit more expensive. All that is true. I will say the mint flavor is wonderful, and there's no aftertaste besides mint. So this gum makes a great palette cleanser and teeth cleaner, which is my main goal. I'm very happy with it. I'll probably only chew it at home though, since it does start to disintegrate if you keep it in your mouth for too long.
