This sweat headband is excellent for exercising while using my Meta Quest headset! It fits comfortably and stays in place, effectively absorbing sweat during intense workouts. Bought these headbands for keeping my hair from blowing over my face whilst paying tennis on windy days & they work perfectly.Not sure why they state "mens headbands as they also fit women.

I wanted these as long bike rides meant you need something to wick away sweat and not becoming too saturated that they start to let sweat go in your eyes. They are exactly what I wanted and flexible usage means if it gets cooler you can cover your ears and head more by unravelling them. I think they are good value at around£10 for three and although I’m wearing for cycling these could be used for multiple sports.

Bought these for use under a cycling helmet. Work really well with great coverage at the front of the head and nicely tapered at the rear (useful if you wear headphones indoors). Reasonably absorbent but for the price and for three - great value.

Only good for stylistic purposes, much less for sports.
