It works very good! It has a bunch of setting for sure! There’s one setting you can use if you had a bay day or just want to beat yourself up. Either was there’s a function comfortable for everyone.

I have other products from Renpho brand and they all hod up very well, great quality.Pros: Light changes from blue to pink if using too much pressure, easy to use, easy to change out the heads and lots of option to use, the instruction manual also lists what tool is best for area of body. Long lasting charge, of course this can fluctuate depending on what level your using (1/low - 6/high).Cons: with you could increase the timer. Automatically shuts off after 10 mins. So when you turn it back on you have to set the intensity again. But that’s only a minor inconvenience.

This massager is regularly "discounted" at around 100, and you can often find a coupon for it on top of that. If you can get it for around 70-80 then you should jump on it.When I first got the Renpho, I was concerned. Out of the case, the gun feels super light. I have an M3 and compared to that, it feels flimsy. The truth is, this thing has just as much power, but also has the torque to not stop up when you hit a hard or awkward spot. The weight change comes from the battery, I honestly believe the M3 has a better battery life and you can feel it in the weight of the unit. However, unless you are going to be massaging yourself for extended periods of time, it shouldn't be an issue.With all things that work with motors, the main test is going to be how long it lasts before the motor gives out. I'll update if it dies freakishly fast, but for now I've been using it once or twice a day on my quads and knee tendons and have nothing but praise. In this price range, in my opinion, this is the massage gun to get.

The first one that we received would only run for about 10 -15 minutes combined and then it was dead. I like the heft of this product so returned it and was sent a replacement immediately. This one is perfect. I could see it being heavy for some, but we love it. Works like a dream so far!

This thing is a beast! Good long battery life and deep massage. I didn't go with the one everyone told me to go with (price) but I don't feel like settled at all. My feet and neck are loving this lil guy after a long day.

What I like about this is the wife just loved it. It’s very easy to use, and the attachment were great. We weren’t able to use all the speeds because it’s quite intense on the lower speeds (1 or 2). It appears to be durable because we haven’t had any trouble with the quality. In a scale from 1-10 I would give it a solid 8.

This thing does it's job very well! If you've been on the fence about purchasing it, just do it. You won't regret it at all. This thing makes a huge difference, even if you only use it for a minute. And it's way cheaper than spending thousands on a massage chair that will probably break sooner than later. Just sayin'.

I have alot of experience with using massagers and massage guns to help manage a chronic pain disorder I've dealt with for most of my life. Having a reliable and effective massager often dictates how long it'll take me to get out of bed in the morning, and how much I can accomplish throughout the day. Because I need to take breaks and massage myself.I will admit that it does seem to be well built. Way too many times have I purchased one of these guns and they feel smooth at first, but whatever cheap material is used to dampen the vibrations ends up wearing out, and a few weeks or a few months later, the massager becomes noisy, rough, uncomfortable and looses much of their therapeutic effectiveness.So far this Renpho massager has remained very smooth. And ive put it through its paces!However, a 10mm amplitude isn't nearly sufficient to get deep in the muscles to relieve pain and tension, or loosen up knots and stiffness. Feels like it barely penetrates my muscles at all. For minor aches, this might help you. But for serious soreness, stiffness, knots and tension, forget it..I find that somewhere between 12mm and 16mm amplitude to be the sweet spot for a good, deep, effective massage that doesn't feel brutal. It's kinda wild how much of a difference only a few millimeters makes.Also, one of the photos claims it has a 150w brushless motor, which simply isn't true. The instruction manual says it's a 25w brushless motor and with how weak it feels, that would have been my guess.The major Achilles heel of this massager is the battery life! Its ATROCIOUS! They claim it has a 2500mAH battery and yet somehow this little thing burns through its battery very fast! Even on lower speeds. Id give the battery life a 2 out of 5.I own a more powerful Renpho massager, the R3, which I'll be writing a separate review for, but that model has a 35w motor if I remember correctly (even though the photo claims 100w), and the same 2500mAH capacity and yet this little massager burns through its battery just as fast as the R3, which I find very unusual.I regret missing the return window on this massager, because im pretty disappointed with them and they just don't provide the help I need daily. Will probably give them to a friend who exercises but doesn't deal with chronic widespread pain and stiffness like mine.If Renpho improves the battery life and their transparency about their massagers, they might have a really solid product here, but as they are now they just don't hit the mark for me.The only reason I'm giving it a 3* is because im impressed with how smooth it's remained while I've used it. Ill give credit where credit is due, because MANY other massagers, including more expensive, big name brand ones on the market have failed at making reliable, long lasting dampening in their massage guns. La verdad es que en comparación a otras tiene una calidad muy buena. Ya solo ver el maletín en el que se guarda, ya se comprueba que marca la diferencia. Cada accesorio con su apartado, no andan todas las piezas por ahí mezcladas ni en una bolsa. La pistola funciona muy bien, buena batería y robusta. Trae instrucciones, cable de carga y además de los diferentes cabezales algunos repuestos más. Buena compra. La aconsejo.

Mein Physiotherapeut hat mir genau diese Massagepistole empfohlen zur Faszienmassage, zuhause zwischen den Behandlungen, im Rahmen der Therapie nach einem Unfall. Dieses Gerät ist kopflastig und aufgrund seines Gewichts (772 g) nicht für schwache Personen geeignet. Die Tiefenwirkung (12 mm) ist enorm, genau richtig für die Faszienmassage. Aber Vorsicht, man sollte genau wissen, was man tut, ich wurde vom Therapeuten gründlich eingewiesen, sonst kann es unangenehm bis schmerzvoll werden. Das Gehäuse ist aus sehr hochwertigem, schlagfesten Kunststoff, die Mechanik ist solide und arbeitet spielfrei. Hervorzuheben ist der bürstenlose Motor, der leiser läuft und deutlich länger hält. Als Ingenieur bin ich begeistert. Die angegebene Lautstärke von 35 bis 55 dB(A) scheint im schalltoten Raum gemessen worden zu sein. Mit dem Kugelmassagekopf beträgt die von mir gemessene Lautstärke in 0,5 Meter Entfernung je nach Lage bei warmgelaufenem Gerät zwischen 53 und 61 dB(A) im Leerlauf und zwischen 42 und 51 dB(A) bei der Massage. Die Akkulaufzeit bewerte ich als ausreichend. Wenn man den Massagekopf zu stark aufdrückt wechselt der Leuchtring um den Sensortaster von blau auf rot. Die Abschaltautomatik nach zehn Minuten, man kann das Gerät sofort wieder einschalten, ist eine sinnvolle Begrenzung, denn es kann sehr angenehm werden und man vergisst die Zeit. Wer an einem leichteren Gerät mit weniger Kraft interessiert ist, das für die reine Muskelmassage ausreicht, findet bei RENPHO gute Alternativen.
