I have a bulging disc and arthritis and stenosis all on the same level in my lower back I was taking ibuprofen every morning for the pain and inflammation just so I would be able to move I heard that this product was a natural anti-inflammatory and decided to try it After only taking this a week I quit taking ibuprofen all together. My back is not as stiff in the morning as it was and I'm able to move freely and even bend over and pick stuff up a lot easier than I could before It has been a life-changing result for me I am often Leary when I hear claims like these but it happened to me and made a me believer. I've only used this about 5 times but I can already tell a difference. When I wake up I'm not as stiff, my finger joints don't hurt like they used to! I don't have to ask someone else to open bottles now! Super excited, hope that the results last with continued use.So after using it for an extended time all I can say is this made me sweat! I would literally walk 15 feet and start to sweat. I was even standing In place and would just pour sweat. It worked great but that is a side effect I couldn't take.

Just got package this week so too soon to notice any results. Came with other bottle of neuro brain capsules. Those I've been taking since last fall. I believe it has really affected my alertness.Will let u know about turmeric results. From what I've read though, they are only 500mg rather than 1000mg that is best.

So far so good. I broke L4 and L5 (fall from a horse and severe osteoporosis) on May 6, 2016 and I have been taking Turmeric along with Elysium and I can actually jog a little . . .I am 53 years old and I do have arthritis as most people my age do. I can't separate out which supplement is more helpful but I will keep taking it.I was not paid nor did I receive a discount for my review, just my opinion.

A great product. It worked great for my pain. I say 75% of my pain is gone. I stared it Feb. 8 and today is March 11. But I cut my self cutting an apple and I bleed more then usual. I was better the next day. Also, on that day I got blood work and told the technician about the Turmeric and she said I will bruise but I did not. I told the Doctors about it and they said it worked good for my inflammation.

No!!! This didn't work for me. Very hard on my sensitive stomach. Couldn't handle it. I have IBSso that may have been the problem.I had high hopes because I suffer from chronic back pain & I really hoped it might relieve the pain.

I started taking this supplement the day I got it and I have not had to take any over-the-counter pain medicine since. You do have to take this with food as directed. I will definitely be ordering more of this when the time comes! I would recommend giving it a try. At this price you don't have much to lose.

I can tell no benefits at all though taken religiously as directed. I will be going back to another brand in the future.
