Oil is good. Smells good. Oil was leaked from the bottle and around 10% to 20% of the oil was lost. Since the item is not returnable, whatever leaked is loss to the customer only.Most of the Amazon customers who buy liquid based products like shampoo, oil, sanitizer, etc. have the problem of product leakage inside the carton. Amazon should look into this problem seriously and rectify it or should stop selling liquid based products.

The quantity of oil is not accurate. The 90ml bottle has only 10ml. The 400ml bottle has less than 350ml. There is not even a seal on the cap. Anybody can open and take oil from the bottle. And I've tried to return the product. But , it shows the item is non-refundable. I'm still on refund period. What is wrong with amazon?

Parachute is a well known brand. I am using it since my childhood and the brand is trustworthy. No complaint at all for the quality.Now the hot oil parachute is good for new generation as old parachute was not suitable for cold climate because it became solid in cold climate. But now we can use our well know old and trustworthy brand in any climate. I love this oil it is good for our hair also. Seller is also very fast as I got my products in 2 days even my place is in red zone. So love the service and love the product. Highly recommend it to all.
