I own each color and bought two others for my son (leg spasms) and my husband. My husband uses his for the palm of his hands. He is an electrician and his fingers and palms ache sometimes so he uses it for the palm of his hand. My son has leg spasms and back issues. He uses them on the calf and thigh muscles. I use mine for my neck and hand. I place it behind my neck in the lazy boy, and lean against it. It works great!

Used by a Nurse on her own legs after her knee surgery. Nice. Easy to hold. Unexpected addition: Medium sized household animals (2 feline, 1 canine) repeatedly RUN to line up for THEIR turn to have their backs massaged... Perfect feet for either side of animal spines. Vibration intensity (not adjustible) is not too strong for that purpose. Gentle massage. Leaves animals very Zen (calm).

I use this to increase circulation in my legs. If I had one complaint, it's the amount of pressure that I have to use to get the most benefit from it. Nevertheless, I am glad that I purchased it.

Based off of my experience, it is pretty damn good. I use it for reasons some people may not, we will just leave it at that lol. Not very effective. Not strong enough to relieve leg or back discomfort.

My husband has nephropathy pain in his legs...a few spine surgeries and a multitude of pain pills don't alleviate the pain in his legs. Our grandson had a toy version of this massager in the shape of a lady bug and by accident during a playtime, my husband was surprised that such a little thing could help his leg pain! I could not find one of these massagers in any local store. My son-in-law suggested that I search Amazon and sure enough Amazon had lots of options and choices. My husband looked through and decided this one had the right gripper and massager spacing for his needs. He is very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

The media could not be loaded. I would NOT reccomend this product. We opened the package and the item only lit up. It was supposed to vibrate. We replaced the batteries thinking maybe that would help... Nope. I have a pregnant fiancé of 8 months and needed a small massager for her lower back. This was disappointing. Spend the extra 10.or 15 dollars and get a different one that has good reviews.

OMG!!! Right out of the box and applied it to my poor diminished calf muscles and I was in ecstasy!Have used every massage and method I could afford and nothing has come close to relieving the pain in my legs from poor circulation and loss of muscle from diabetes as this little hand held massager. Before you spend oodles of money on other products at least try this. It is not expensive but it DOES the trick. Sooo glad I tried it.

For the small size (fits in hand) it pretty powerful and gives a good massage. Unfortunately it does go threw the batteries pretty quick. Wish it was rechargeable.

I need it to massage scar tissue on my incision from tendon surgery a little big for that but will find other uses as well very quiet
