Noticed a dramatic difference in pelvic pressure within hours
This is my second pregnancy and it's been much tougher than the first. I'm a bit tall and thin, so my back usually starts to hurt in the 6th month... it started at 5 months this time around. Also, I noticed a huge discomfort in my pelvic area. Nurses informed me this happens in the second pregnancy and suggested I wear a belly band. My husband found my belly band from pregnancy #1 than simply fastened in the front, but I felt it had paid it's dues and wanted something more substantial. I ordered this band that has three adjustable bands connected to get a tailored fit that keeps meeting the needs as you grow. The support for my back was great; the support for my pelvic discomfort as been immediate and substantial. I've gone from entering a room and looking for a chair, to opting to stand and walk again! The support is much greater than the simple band, but getting in and out of the car is uncomfortable due to this (still very worth it... it's not a magic cure so I'll take a downside).I'm 5'8 and usually a size 2. I've gained 26 lbs so far and decided on a medium. Perfect! I looked at one size chart that would have recommended a large based on my lower belly circumference (36 inches at almost 6 months), but also read a review that warned about this chart being too large. The medium was great and I can see that it'll allow significant growth allowing me to use it likely until the end of the pregnancy! The large would have been too big.Good luck!

Great product for a great price!
I'm 5'1 and weighed 125 lbs. with some back issues before getting pregnant. I got this band at about 34 weeks because my back was starting to hurt more and for a longer period of time. This band is amazing! I measured 36.5" around the waist but still went a size up to a medium in case I grew some more in my final few weeks. I could have gotten a small but with all the Velcro bands, a medium works just fine. I don't wear it while driving because it's not super comfortable with the seatbelt and not being able to move around in the seat a lot. In the office, I'm okay with wearing it while sitting down since I'm able to change positions more comfortably, and it especially helps when I'm walking around and/or on my feet. I can feel the band supporting my belly and holding it up so that it takes a lot of the weight off my back. I do notice a difference when I wear this band for most of the day versus wearing it here and there. I would definitely recommend this support band to others (and I have!) and also wearing it for several hours during the day. My back isn't so stiff and sore when I lay down at night after wearing it almost all day long. It also hides pretty well under clothes. Since I'm due in January, I haven't had to wear it in the hot summer months, so I don't know how it feels then, but it doesn't make me feel all itchy or anything now. This belt works perfectly for me!

Best option on amazon
Living with SPD has been challenging. The pain started at 18 weeks, making daily activities increasingly difficult. As someone who was very active pre-pregnancy, adjusting to these new limitations has been tough. The Belly Band for Pregnancy Support has been a lifesaver, providing relief and allowing me to move around more comfortably. However, it’s not perfect. While this band is the best I’ve found on Amazon, my husband, who suffers from sciatica, has a belt from his chiropractor that works way better. His belt has a hard supportive piece that fits in the back, offering much more stability and support.Despite its shortcomings, this belly band still stands out for its comfort and effectiveness compared to others I’ve tried. It’s easy to wear and adjust, and the soft material is gentle on my skin. For anyone dealing with SPD or general pregnancy discomfort, it’s worth a try.I have included pic of the back of this one as well as my husbands to show the support difference, his is the live limitless.

Good Enough
I ordered this on Saturday and received it Monday, today is Tuesday so this review is based on wearing it one day.I am 30 weeks pregnant and pre-pregnancy have a petite frame. My belly has been causing some discomfort in my lower back and pelvis. However, I got this brace because I also have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction. I was told that a brace could help alleviate some of the pain in my pubic area. So I purchased this one since it seemed to be the best for the price. I didn't want to spend too much. The material is thick. Thankfully it's been cool these mid-December dates but I don't know how comfortable it would be during summer. I tend to sweat a lot from my lower back specifically and this has a wide back part. The support is medium as described which works for me because I get really uncomfortable with anything that is too tight in my lower abdomen area.I do feel it lift my belly somewhat, not as much as I would have hoped but this is probably because of the medium support. I rather have it fit comfortably and lift a little then have it squeezing me and lift a lot.Sitting feels strange in this. Not sure I'll be wearing it much while sitting long periods. You can hide it under lose clothing. It's bulky so it would definitely show through any tight or thin clothing.Hope this helps you make a decision on whether or not it's right for you. I plan to keep it.
